Good night, someone who can help me with the following topic: I have a table with the date of entry to "production" of different analysts and another with the monthly productivity of each month of the last 8 years. I need to compare what the productivity curve of the 1st month, 2nd month, 3rd month and so on, of each of the analysts, is like, but the 1st month of each is not the same month for everyone. Example someone entered in April 2015 and another analyst in October 2018 and for each in this example this would be their first month.

According to your description, I think the output can be achieved using the line chart in the Power BI, you can follow the steps:

This is my test data based on your description:

I created a line chart and place it like this:

As we can see, the line in the chart can display the value [Productivity] of each person from the month they joined.

You can also go to the “Format”->X axis to set the start date and end date of the line chart manually based on your requirement, like this:

To get the Average line, you can to to the ”Anakytics” to add an average line, like this:

You can also create a measure to get the dynamic average of each month, like this:

Average =

CALCULATE(AVERAGE('Table'[Productivity]),FILTER(ALL('Table'),[Date]=MAX([Date])))

And you can get what you want.
