I am having a problem creating a mobile layout for my PowerBI report:
I have arranged all the visuals beautifully and also placed important slicers. However, there are now a number (16) of slicers in the report that users can use to refine their dashboard. I have placed these slicers in a bar that can be shown or hidden via bookmarks. This looks great on the desktop and works exactly as it should: when the user wants to use the slicers, they click on the bar, which opens and then sits “above” the visuals in the foreground. After setting the slicers, the user can close the bar again.
If the user now wants to open the slicer bar in the mobile layout, it is partly above and partly below the visuals. Why? And how can I change this? I have already moved all visuals to the background and all slicers to the foreground, but this has no effect. Very frustrating.
Thank you for any advice, how to deal with this topic.

Okay, got it:
with my bookmarks, I also have two buttons "show slicer panel" and "hide slicer panel". Now, it is quite simple: Just place your Slicers and the buttons, bookmarks still working. Now, I have a nice Layout, the user can press on "show slicer panel", can do his selection, press on "hide slicer panel" and has a bit smaller report. it is working as I want, very good.

Hi @Pfoster
On desktop, layering and bookmarks work, but mobile layout is separate and doesn’t keep that order. That’s why your slicer bar overlaps visuals.
to get ti fixed in the mobile layout editor, manually place slicers above visuals, tor show/hide, design it specifically for mobile since desktop bookmarks won’t carry over.
Did it work? 👍 A kudos would be appreciated
