After that I add the 76^ tables in my data model, Power BI suggests to go with custom layouts, which surely make sense. However, when selecting the tab "All Tables", it opens it but it remain in "working on it". See picture. I have to stop the program by Task Manager. Is this a new bug regarding large data apps?
This problem comes after a problem with relationsip lines, and after a problem regarding the ability to move the tables in the model view. It seems to me the Power BI is not de-bugged for large data apps. Am I wrong?
I seek for your comments. I have the September version
Thanks
A side note, as in the previous version, all tables get placed on top-left corner, all in the same position, but at lease we are able to move them while in the previous release they were blocked
I am having the exact same issue and it seems to have started with the latest release version. I am on Version: 2.121.762.0 64-bit (September 2023)
Hi,
If your data exceeds 10 GB in Power BI desktop, Power BI will not be able to load it in memory because of the size limitations.(Pro version)
Please read
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/admin/service-admin-manage-your-data-storage-in-power-bi
If this helps, please provide a Kudo and accept this as a solution.
Hi, thanks for your comment. It is not the case of file size limitation. File size is 400 MB at the present and I expect to end at 1 GB once completed. From picture that I have posted you see that 3.2 GB of memory are booked by the application.
