Lab 2

Hi folks,

I am a bit confused as I am not able to understand how the LY Sales come up to $4.990 billion compared to a Total Sales of $5.127 billion.

If I put the Revenue from the Sales Table on a chart against the Dates, I get 272,629,284.10 for 2014. However, it appears like SAMEPERIODLASTYEAR is including everything that is not for current year in LY Sales.

Can anyone please explain how and why this is correct because in Lab 2 the Sales Variable % is 2.74% which is using the LY Sales of $4.990 billion.

Thanks.

Amardeep

@singhamar

It seems that you posted it in a wrong formula. Did you intend to post it in EdX Specific Training Discussion Forum?

Best Regards,

Herbert
