Keyword Matching on Exchange Online Source

Hi there,

I am trying to achieve the following: I have my Exchange Online account conected as a source. I have a list of project names / company names / Email Domains that I want to crosscheck vs. the content of the Exhcange Online (Email Headers, Meetings etc.) and that PBI can tell me which of the keywords is the one that returns the most results, thus identifying an object to a particular company or project.

is this doable with PBI?

much looking forward to your support

@nicop ,The information you have provided is not making the problem clear to me. Can you please explain with an example.

Appreciate your Kudos.

Hi, let me try differently: My keywords would be project titles (e.g. "Falcon" or "Dreams") or company domains (@falcon.com or @dreamscompany.com).  In my Exchange source, i have the data columsn from emails and appointments, e.g. Title, From / To Fields, Participants or the Preview part of an email body. I want to check these columns against my keywords and have it return the corresponding value from the keyword table that matches the most of a given keyword. thus, identifying to which project / company a line item belongs most probably, rather than counting this manually at the end of a month.  does that make more sense?

Hi @nicop ,

Maybe you can use 'Merge Queries' feature.
