You need to have a recent copy of the .Net framework on your machine for this visual to work. (I think either 4.7 or maybe 4.8) If you are on Win 10 you should already have this, but for Win 7 you may need to install this manually.

    Have the latest Power BI July version, installed .NET Framework 4.8 too, still not working, any ideas?
