Keep data format during import to Power Query

You can import the signs of $ and percent only if in Excel you will modify the data type to text...but this is not an efficient way to work with formats because in Power BI it will be text tooThe right way to work is to import the format as is and modify the data type from Power BI itself
The steps are :
In power query :
Table view :
PBIX and Excel that I imported are attached, you can use them to follow my steps.
