Keep all filters from slicer except one filter from the filters pane

Hi,

I have been trying to create a percentage of total measure using (SOB = calculate(SUM(Sales[Sales ex VAT TY]), ALL(Sales))), but when using ALL function, it is excluding the slicer filters, and when using ALLSELECTED function, it is filtering all the slicers including the filters i have on filters pane of the visual. Is there any way to take the filters from the slicers and not from filter pane.
