Hi all,
In this case, I have a table visual to show the no. of project by categories. However when i apply some filters, the visual become empty. How can I keep the categories in the visual after filtering.

You can create a disconnected table for the slicer
and create a measure :

Can you please share a pbix or some dummy data that keep the raw data structure with expected results? It should help us clarify your scenario and test to coding formula.

OK. Could you please elaborate on the expected results? At present, the table is filtered based on type. Consequently, when 'C' is selected, the visualization is empty due to the absence of any rows classified as type 'C' within the dataset.
This is the typical slicer functionality. What kind of customized slicer behavior are you looking to achieve?
