Hi Everyone,
I'm working on someone else's report - they have left the organisation....and I need to update the way the conditional formatting works for a "KPI" visual.
Currently if the result (KPI value) is 10%, it shows as red. I need it to show green, up to and including 10%, not just less than 10%.
I havent worked with the 'KPI' visual before and can't work out where I can update the calculation/colour.
I'm not seeing it in the same place I would expect to see if in a regular 'card' visual for example.
Any ideas around how I can update the text colour of the KPI visual based on the result would be fabulous - its driving me nuts!!
Thank you!! 😊

KPI visual comes with default conditional formatting! However you can create a custom measure for color and apply on KPI Target value and Value as well.
