KPI creation

Hi,

I want to do a KPI that evaluates the answer rate of the evaluation process.

My table have 2281 unique employees, and my target is to have 75% answer rate.

I have the two columns, employee number and the response date. If there are no answer, it is a null value.

I want to display this rate as a KPI or Gauge visual.

Thanks,

Carlos

Hi @Anonymous

I build a sample with 2281 employees that number from 1 to 2281. In my sample 1825 employees have answered.

Firstly, we need to build two measures.

Answer Rate =
VAR _CountAnswer = CALCULATE(COUNT('KPI'[Date]),ALL('KPI'))
VAR _CountAll = CALCULATE(COUNT('KPI'[Employee Number]),ALL('KPI'))
VAR _RATE = DIVIDE(_CountAnswer,_CountAll)
Return
_RATE
Target = 0.75

We need to change two measures' format as Percentage in Measure tools.
