KPI Visual with PowerBi Metric Scorecard

Is it possible to use the KPI visual with PowerBi Metric Scorecard? Also, why when I browse to the scorecard from PowerBi Report, no data shows from the Scorecard? I am able to create a visual using the standard method and it does contain the data. Just curious why the data isn't available otherwise.

For scorecard usages, I'd like to suggest you take a look the official document:

BTW, I don’t think you can use kpi visual to custom with power bi metrics scorecard, they are analyze and generated from power bi and not provide further customize options.
