KPI Target Goals

I have a KPI with a yearly target of 31. I would like to have the target adjust to the time period selected by the date slicer. My current measure for the target is Target=31. Any way to make the target more dynamic?

Here is a screen shot of the KPI and the fields. i would like the target to change if I had filtered it by calendar month so 31 for the year and 2.6 per month.BI Screen Shot.PNG
