KPI - DAX to create a target based on previous 12 months TREND

Hi,

I made the below dashboard.

I created a KPI visual (bottom right corner) and I'm trying to have this daily total pcs produced to compare against a target.

For the target I'd like to use the TREND of the daily total pcs produced during previous 365Days.

This Trend will interact with the Resource ID filter (top left) but the formula used as target should always remain based on the previous 365Days, even though my filter dates (bottom right) gets changed.

The goal is to be able for my Key users to visualize how many total pieces they produced yesterday for the selected Resource ID, and how does it compare against the past 365 Days Trend.

I cannot figure out the DAX functions to be used.

What have you tried so far?  Your solution should likely include ALLSELECTED and REMOVEFILTERS modifiers.

Please provide sanitized sample data that fully covers your issue. If you paste the data into a table in your post or use one of the file services it will be easier to assist you. Avoid posting screenshots of your source data if possible.

Please show the expected outcome based on the sample data you provided. Screenshots of the expected outcome are ok.
