KEEPFILTERS with variable is not working

Hi All, 

I have this issue where KEEPFILTERS with my variable _horizonPY is not working as expected. But if I substitute the variable with hardcode text, it is working.

I've tried so many debugging & workarounds such as using CONCATENATE, FORMAT, VALUE, nothing is working. I tried to print the _horizonPY it is displaying correctly as "2022 H1".

Does anyone have an idea how to solve this?
