Joint 2 columns values in M query

Hi,

I hope to combine 2 values in query(not in dax table) like below:

e.g. 

Get year number from Custom.Name & Q/FY value.

 

result->

 

2023_1Q_QTY

2023_1Q_OI

2023_2Q_QTY

2023_2Q_OI
