Join Filtered Rows Only

Hey Guys, I have two tables that i want to join in dax one of the tables has multiple rows for the same key and this key is the date concatenated with the project number and in the other table i have same key with fact column. What i want to achieve is to filter the first table to get only the distinct keys and join this rows to the other table so i dnt end up with duplicated values from the right table
