JSON data multiple files

Hi all, I have JSON data in which new data comes in each day (see created_on field). I want to make sure that Power Query transforms and ingests the JSON data as it comes in. I believe that it stops ingesting the new data after I set up the transformations, and the newest data no longer flows into the model. Can anyone help with this issue?

Where does the JSON data come in to? A sharepoint folder? A file storage? Something else?  Or does it not actually come in but you need to request it with every refresh?
