JSON Theme File, Edit Visual Header Menu Color When Highlighting Over Item

Hi

I have a JSON Theme file that I am utilizing, and somewhere along the way, the color that shows for when you highlight over a menu item in the visual header, has changed. And I am wondering which setting is that being inherited from in the JSON schema, I am on the May 2023 version. 

Example: If you click any visual, and click the three dots, a menu pops up, you hover over "Export Data" and the color changes. That is the color I am trying to figure out where it is set in the JSON schema.

Hi, are you seeing it somewhere in there? I already looked there and did not find in the documentation where to set a the color for the menu item when hovering over it in the visual header
