Items are not shows correctly even without any filter

Hi guys,

 

the situation: I've a tabel as shown here:

as you can see, I've an item called " - Retail" under the Utilizzatori column.

If I try to create a simple table listing all those Utilizzatori's items, I get this:

As you can see, no filters at all, and also no " - Retail" nor other items (I've something like 40+ items). For some reasons, Pbi doesn't want to show me the items even if they are correctly showed in the table view. 

Also, associated with this "bug", I've noticed that if I create a connection between another table, all the items appear BUT these showed above, are considered withouth association in other columns, even if they have:

in grey, those "bugged", in black, all the others that didn't appeared before...

 

any idea what's happening and how to solve this? Thank you guys

Can you try right clicking on your field and select "Don't Summarize"?:

I don't have it, it isn't summarized, maybe because it's a matrix? Anyway I've also made a table but it 'isn't summarized too and same problem
