It doesn't let you add preview features or activate arcgis and maps

Today I was adding some preview features and when I select them and click OK, the program doesn't do anything. It just sits there and doesn't send me to restart the app. I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, ran it as an admin and nothing!! It doesn't work. Please your help!!

The same thing happens when I select the security option to enable ArcGIS and map display elements, select them, click accept, and those settings are not saved.

On my side, after checking or unchecking the box and opening Power BI Desktop (April 2024 and May 2024) again, everything is fine and the settings still remain in that state.
You can upgrade April 2024 and above; or check the settings and save as PBIX file, then open it again to see if the settings are normal (if the settings are not normal, please try the process a few more times).

You can't do that. Suddenly, I didn't explain myself well. I just installed the app on my PC, and I try to change the language or change something in the options and it won't let me. I tried to enable the security zone where it says "use ARChis for power BI" and I select the checkbox and click accept and don't accept the changes. The app freezes.

I fixed it hahahah... The problem is that there is an error in another tab and it does not allow progress to be made in changing some other settings. The tab that is corrupted is "data upload". There was an error where it says "maximum memory used per concurrent evaluation (MB)". There it is by default 432, but I got an error and it said choose maximum up to 427. I changed the number to 427 and hit OK and everything moved forward. I was already able to change the other options I wanted.

• Translation: I already fix it hahahah... The problem was in other settings and that problem it doesn't allow change other or any configuration. The settings with the problem was "data upload". There was an error on the preintall settings on the blank called "maximum memory used for simultaneous evaluation (MB)", it had a default setting with 432, and a message showed saying " select a number between 1 to 427". I changed the number to 427 and thenprograme let change all setting now, without a problem.
