Hi,
We are using a P1 with several workspaces and that number will grow.
Multiple users have trouble saving reports when they connect to a dataset in another workspace, I know the connection through Service is in Preview mode when picking a published dataset but I myself don't have any issues at all with saving.
- I am an admin of all workspaces, the users trying to save are Members of their own workspace with build permission to the datasets
- Are there limitations to amount of workspaces and reports and if, what's the limit?
- Are there resource constraints if multiple users access the same dataset and save the report at the same time?
Kind regards,
JJ
Hi @Anonymous ,
Workspaces can contain a maximum of 1,000 datasets, or 1,000 reports per dataset.
You need enable use dataset across workspaces .
User want to publish the report to the workspace needs pro or ppu license.
These workspace must be new workpace.
There no resource constraints if multiple users access the same dataset and save the report at the same time.
Best Regards

"the users trying to save are Members of their own workspace"
That is not sufficient. They need to be Contributor or better.
Hi,
Member is higher than Contributor, that's why I'm wondering about the issue around this.
You are right, I was thinking about "viewer".
