Issues with report page displayed on chrome

Hi,

I have a report page displayed on TVs around over office. I am using chrome extension auto-refresh to refresh browser every 15 minutes. My report is scheduled to refresh at 1.5 hrs interval and there is no issue identified on report refresh. Every next day I see the attached error on one or the other TV and I am unable to identify what is causing it to happen. This has been happening since last few weeks.
