Hi there,
I was setting up comments on my report, but the smart narrative function does not seem to work when it comes to defining second and third largest values.
I have a table where i list the type of demographics, and i count for each row the total number of members.
I was able to have smart narrative correctly find the type of demographics with the highest number of members in 2022 by writing "(tipo popolazione)demographics type with max member count in the most recent (anno)year".
The issue is that when I type ""(tipo popolazione)demographics type with second highest member count in the most recent (anno)year" i receive this message:
"this calculation will not return a single value"
which is weird since from the results in the table i expect it to return the field "Figlio/a".
The same thing happens when typing third.
Help is very much appreciated, thanks!!

You are stretching the capabilities of "smart" narratives (and kudos for that!). They don't understand penultimate and other concepts yet. If this is important to you please consider raising it at https://ideas.powerbi.com
