Issue with exporting data using API

I am having issue with date range selection and limited row counts in the data which I am trying to export using web API.

Web API: https://data.cdc.gov/resource/8xkx-amqh.csv

First of all it has a limit of 1000 rows in export which is certainly not enough. Also, it is only exporting the latest or current date records but not the old date records. How can I get the data using certain date selection and also have more rows (lets say 50000 rows). 

For Date range selection lets say from 03/01/2022 to current.

Any help or advice is very much appreciated.

This issue is not about Power BI. It's about the web api itself.

Just to provide some of my own findings:
