Issue with dataset refresh in Power BI online portal

Hello

I am getting issue with refreshing my dataset in Power BI portal. I made sure that Authentication method in Power BI desktop is same as that of online portal . It's set as "Anonymous" as per below screenshot. 

And In Power BI online portal , it's also Anonymous. The authenticaton method seems same for Power BI desktop and online portal but refresh dataset in Power BI desktop throws error message as below:

Under data source credentials on online portal, when I click on edit credentials then it shows as Anonymous as below(same as desktop authentication method)

Clicking on "Sign in" shows as below .

this error may occur when you publish a Power BI report that uses a web data source with anonymous credentials, but the Power BI service cannot access the web address. Here are some suggestions to fix this error:

• Check if the web address is correct and reachable from the Power BI service. You can use the Test Connection button in the dataset settings to verify this.
• Check if the web data source requires authentication or not. If it does, you may need to change the credentials from anonymous to OAuth2 or another option.
• Check if your web data source is only available in your local network or firewall. If it is, you may need to install and configure a gateway to connect to it from the Power BI service.
