Hi, I'm stuck on one of the issues on dates for a long time.
All I want to do is, every time my dataflow refreshes a single row single date column table should also refresh along with it but with the US central time zone displayed on the dashboard.
I'm not able to achieve the CT zone part.
Here is my M code that anyone can replicate
let
Source = #table(type table[Date Last Refreshed=datetime], {{DateTime.LocalNow()}}),
#"Changed Type" = Table.TransformColumnTypes(Source, {{"Date Last Refreshed", type datetimezone}}),
#"Calculated Local Time" = Table.TransformColumns(#"Changed Type",{{"Date Last Refreshed", DateTimeZone.ToLocal, type datetimezone}})
in
#"Calculated Local Time"
Solved! Go to Solution.
If your datetime on the refresh server is consistent, you could just add hours using duration to get your local time.
= [DateTime Column] + #duration(0,6,0,0) // to add 6 hours

Pat
