    Hi attempt1 ,

    try this:

     

     

    all_data_cumulative = 

VAR _CurrDate = MAX('date_table'[Date])

RETURN

CALCULATE(
    COUNTROWS('all_data'),
    KEEPFILTERS(
        'all_data'[Start] <= _CurrDate &&
