Issue when Removing Columns from Model

I removed a couple columns\fields from my data source (dataverse) and proceeded to remove from my pbi queries. but for whatever reason, I am now receiving the following on applying;

you delete one of column/field that are depended on other field
or you delete that column/field on which other fields are depend
so it(AUM) not know how to calculate or expression derive so you have to build step('removed column')

there is no error @ 'power query' stage, i.e. all dependencies in question were removed. error presents itself @ apply changes.

i understand that but when one of step deleted from query editor and you hit close & apply
you get error

these means one of step is missing on which another step/field depend
