Isolate one KPI Value for a Daily Email Report
Hello,
I want to isolate only one KPI value from my PowerBi Report and put it into an Daily Report Email. For example
a visualization where I take different KPI's from different deparments, put them into one Daily report and send it out. So far
I only could find alerts as a tile or subscription of a whole report where I can see the whole picture of the report in an email.
The other way would be an alert trigger via PowerAutomate, but no isolation of different KPI's of different reports to put into one PDF or Picture of an email.

Are these KPIs from a single report or from different reports? If they are from multiple reports, you can create a Power BI dashboard in the Workspace. A Power BI dashboard is a single page, often called a canvas, that tells a story through visualizations. You can pin visuals from different reports to a single dashboard. Then subscribe this dashboard to send emails daily. In every report, add the KPI value to a visual e.g. Card visual (on a single report page and hide the page if you don't want to display it in the report). Pin this visual to the dashboard.
If these KPI values are from the same report, you can have a single report page for all KPIs, then subsribe this report page daily. If you don't want to add a KPI page in the existing report, you can create a new report using the same dataset in Power BI Service. Add all KPIs to the same page in this report and keep the report only have this page. Subsribe this report daily.
