Is this Visual possible in Power BI ?
Vidushi Probably but would need sample data to mock something up. The lower part is just a bar chart visual with data labels and the top part could be either of these:

Someone suggested solution as :
we can achieve it with just simple table, all we need is formatting to look like the same.. with out borders and set the width and height. For table visual you have to change the values look like data bars, and percent is as simple. So all there columns will be in single table.
I am onto it and not sure whether it works....
