Hi,
Yes you can use 100% Stacked bar chart.
You need to put a field (to cover your 1 star, 2 star ... , 5 star).
And You can put your measure as well to be shown on the chart. (Showing value as a percentage of total is possible too.)

@Vidushi Probably but would need sample data to mock something up. The lower part is just a bar chart visual with data labels and the top part could be either of these:

Someone suggested solution as :
we can achieve it with just simple table, all we need is formatting to look like the same.. with out borders and set the width and height. For table visual you have to change the values look like data bars, and percent is as simple. So all there columns will be in single table.
I am onto it and not sure whether it works....
