Is there any visual/chart to achieve data like this (a mix of decomposition tree and network)

Hi there, I am working on a visualization similar like the chart below. For example my data has a total amount, and some sub-groups with some numbers from the total, then to show a chart like this. I tried many python visual tools/packages but cannot find anything similar, so I hope to try with Power BI, it seems like a mix of network and decomposition tree.
