Hi,

Is there any option to control select all option in the right pane of the page?

By default , graphs are shown though no filters are not selected.As gives the user a wrond interpretation.

Logically, if select all is unchecked-> No graph should display right?

Currently power bi not contain this feature, perhaps you can post this requirement to idea.

With slicers, Select All unchecked is the same as all selected if nothing else is selected.  I think the filers pane works the same way.
