Is there an easy way how to change data source?

Hello Great Team,

I have created many report tabs and charts, the data source is mysql.

Now I want to change the data source to another mysql database with different host IP. The tables and their schema in the mysql database are the same with before.

The only difference is the host IP address. Is there an easy way that let me change the database and pay less effort? Thank you!

Hi ,

I am facing similar issues. The problem is that if I change the IP of the data source on the desktop file, it will ask me to apply changes i.e refresh all the tables and if I publish the report without refreshing the table then it won't update the IP of the data source in the dataset for that report. 

Please help

Edit Queries > Relevant table > Source > Click the gear icon > Insert new parameters

Hey,

Press Edit queries and in the new window that opens, goto the relevant table.

There you'll see the source...
