Is there a way to make tooltip page stay open

Is there a way to make the tooltip page stay open, as I had some data level heirachy I wanted to expand and allow the consumer to see more of, but I wasnt sure if it was possible. (See the sreen shots beow).

I don't believe this is possible however there are currently a number of ideas that you could review and / or add to here: https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/search-ideas/?q=tooltips
