Is there a way installing without admin rights or access to the Microsoft store?

Title basically says it all, but I don't have admin rights to my machine and I don't have access to the Microsoft store. Is there any way to install PowerBI without these items?

Based on my research , there're only 2 ways to install desktop.  one of them is MSI version downloaded from web, but admin privilege is required, another one is downloading from microsoft store. if you can access neither of them, then it would be impossible to get the desktop currently.
