Is there a way for me to use a slicer that works like a parameter?

I wanted to filter out some fields in my table completely dynamically. Is there a way to do it?

@Anonymous  yes it is possible for example let's say you want to view data only for last 90 days. In your data, you can create a custom column and put a condition like if date in the table is less than from today's date, then "show" else "hide". and then you keep the show filter applied to your data.

this is just an example to get you started. if you are still not able to move ahead then share your data with the expected outcome. thanks

Can it be used in the the redshift table? I believe this is only applicable to files like Microsoft Sources?

@Anonymous if you can import data to your powerbi model then you can put filters either in you powerquery window or using dax in the powerbi model
