Is there a visual that allows me to have values on rows like powerpviot?

I'm migrating from excel to Desktop so first created what I wanted in Excel. I created a whole bunch of measures containing the values I wanted. In pivot tables I can put the values on the rows so set up looks like

and result like this

I've tried the new matrix preview but only seem to be able to put the values in values field so they end up as columns which doesn't make any sense to the viewer.  Is there any visual that allows for this type of display i.e. measure names in rows and filters on the columns?
