Is there a faster way to cleanup HTML-encoded characters apart from replacing them one-by-one?

We have JSON data coming from CosmosDB. Some of the data come in the following format:

%3Cp%3ESelf%20Reference%3C%2Fp%3E

Currently, I am adding steps to replace the HTML-encoded characters (eg: %20 for spaces) but is there a better way to clean these up?

Thank you but this did not work for our use case; the custom column used in the video only cleans up HTML tags, not HTML-encoded characters.
