Is it possible to place measure as an element of matrix row

Here is my current table 

I need to place measure to row "Группа" between "1 -  Доходы" and "2 - Себестоимость" here 

but it looks like this after I add measure to table

You can't put the measure into the row/column of a matrix visual.

May be the field parameters could help you.

Field parameters allow users to dynamically change the measures or dimensions being analyzed within a report. This feature can help your report readers explore and customize the analysis of the report by selecting the different measures or dimensions they're interested in.
