Is it possible to make a report where commands can fill

I am researching and very curious if it is possible to make a report in Power Bi that will be published(sharepoint) and where users can place a comment themselves in the last column per line?

There is not direct visual available, you can check Acterys 3rd party visual, which can write back to the backend database,
