Is it possible to edit total of matrix visual, or create custom total as shown in the picture

Hi everyone, here is the matrix visual

Is it possible to sum all previous column sums and add it with current column sum display it as shown at the very bottom in the picture, I guess I have to make custom row, but I don't know dax functions well
