Is it possible to create Parameter slicer column attached to each row that I select?

1. I wish i could have a parameter silcer(column) attached to each row and this parameter will decrease and increase the alllocation in the allocation column.

2. Anytime I filter name from the right box, the parameter slicer will also decrease or increase base on this Name slicer.

I think it is unavailable to achieve your requirement. Slicers can not control appearance of page elements. For further information, you may refer the document .

I am not sure exactly, this is possible.  We can have Whatif parameters and Bookmark to achieve something similar.
