Irritating problem with dates (type text to type date)

I am really struggling with finding a solution to this date problem.

I am trying to conditionally format a table with dates that appear in the following format DD/MM/YYYY

I am continuously getting this message:

"Cannot convert value '8/30-/2-022' of type Text to type Date"

I have looked at all of the dates in my data and none of them are incorrectly formatted. I have tried changing them from date to text but that doesn't work. I have looked at dozens of solutions online but I can't seem to make this work. 

Can anyone help?

Here is my data. I have looked at all of the dates and there are no errors, especially no strange dashes separating the numbers. My goal is to conditionally format each row based on the date. 

31+ days should be formatted green

15-30 days should be yellow

0-14 days should be orange

Less than 0 days should be red.

Can you post a sample of your data please (in text not a picture) and what the desired result is please?

What function is being used that gives this error

"Cannot convert value '8/30-/2-022' of type Text to type Date"<-- and is that a typo in the date?
