Inverse/Reverse Filtering

Dear All, 
 
Kindly see attached image for reference
 
I want to analyse two things when i filter by customer:
 
1) Which products have been bought (by qty) over date
2) Which products have NOT been bought by the customer 
 
What is the best way to achieve this
