Your table currently accumulates only the receipt in transactions but doesn’t reflect the FIFO outflows. If you include issue data, you can calculate running totals by date to simulate FIFO. Also, note that FIFO is an inventory valuation method, so with quantity data only, you’ll get quantity aging rather than value-based results which FIFO is meant for in valuating Inventory.
