Agree with @amitchandak . There are some differences between calculated column and Measure. You could try the following syntaxs to get the expected output.
Column = if([PT (m)]>MEDIAN([PT (m)]), "Yes", "No")
Measure = IF(SUM('Table'[PT (m)]) >CALCULATE( MEDIAN('Table'[PT (m)]),ALL('Table')) , "Yes", "No")
