[Intl bash] Decimal seperator in "define bins" has the wrong caracter

I'm using the german power bi version. If I want to set up a bin size of one of my measures (new feature from october update) I have to fill in the number as following: 0.5
But the localiced caracter should be 0,5
Not a big issue, but you need to know it.

@TristanKuesters

I just tested with the Nov 2016 German version of Power BI Desktop (default settings). It seems that I can fill in the number as 0,5 as following screenshot. Is there anything I missed here?
