I'm working in realstate field

so I have zone iamge have alot of units located on it

I need to male it interactive, 

- I need to display if this unit sold or not accroding the database 

if sold it display woth different color , and when hover over it shows the property details

 this is the site map , I need to assing each plot with a unit number and apply condictional formating on it
