Insert column names after each group of data.

Hello everyone!

I just started with power BI and i need your help to make a table with duplicated column names for each group.

this is the output form needed in power BI.

I'm a little confused about how do you group?

 

If it is convenient, could you share your data sample and the visual you want to achieve in Power BI?
